Shipping & Delivery

There is a $15.00 flat rate domestic (USA) ground shipping policy. It is recommended that lingerie does not remain outdoors upon delivery in case of inclement weather, even though product is carefully packaged to be resistant (resistant, but not impervious) to the elements. Packages left outside cannot be returned due to damage. Expedited and international shipping are available, but increased charges will apply based on the destination. You’re order total will be adjusted to reflect these charges after it is placed. Regrettably, we cannot offer size exchanges for international orders.

ARI DEIN will never share your personal or banking information with a third party. Ordering at the ARI DEIN online boutique is safe and secure.

Returns

For sanitary reasons, lingerie cannot be returned by law. ARI DEIN will honor a one time size exchange for unworn garments (which must pass forensics!) within seven days of the purchase date, at the purchaser's shipping expense. Exchange merchandise must be accompanied by an original invoice/receipt with tags still attached. This service is not applicable to bottoms or already discounted merchandise. Your new size will be shipped after your return has been processed. If a returned product presents any sign of wear including but not limited to odor, stains or other damages, they will not be accepted. There are no exceptions to this policy. The return will not be processed and the merchandise will be sent back to the purchaser at their expense.

ARI DEIN garments are made to order. Please allow two weeks processing before ship. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Before an order is shipped, Ari personally inspects each garment to ensure quality. Due the the handmade nature of the collection, stitching and trimming may vary piece to piece. These variances are not defects; they're charming!
