It is a privately held company.

On March 23, 2010, the premiere collection for Fall/Winter 2010 debuted on two prominent lingerie blogs, The Lingerie Post and Knickersblog.  Likely due to the viral nature of the press that ensued, the range was immediately stocked by high-end retailers from coast to coast.
